My name is James Oksen Jr, I go by "Jim",I live in the wonderful subdivision of Eagle Ridge with my beautiful wife Audra and two kids Bryanna-13 and Trevor-11.I enjoy golfing and reading John Grisham novels. I have been in the real estate industry for the past 10 years where I started out in the management of commercial properties in California. I have been in the Raleigh area since 2005 and have been exclusivly helping buyers and sellers with residential real estate needs. I put myself into my clients shoes and work for them as if I was the principle in the transaction. My goal is for my clients to finish their transaction with 100% satisfaction.
